The A's Type

  • Stubborn, Serious Minded, Patient and Cool.
  • Has a strong attitude, can be trusted even though a bit stubborn
  • They will think carefully before doing something.
  • Very hardworking and consistent.
  • Try to make themselves as perfect as they can.
  • Like to be alone and keep a distance from others.
  • Not willing to negotiate.

The B's Type

  • Easily attracted to someone
  • Have a lot of hobbies but easily get bored with the same activity.
  • Know the priority of something.
  • Want to first in everything but usually careless.
  • Secretive.
  • Doesn't like to get along with many people

The O's Type

  • The person that brings entertainment to the group
  • Look calm in doing something
  • Very good at hiding their true feelings so that they will look cheerful and doesn't have a problem. If they can't take it anymore, they will look for someone to share their problems.
  • Kind, love to do charity.
  • A bit stubborn, very good at giving they view's in secretive ways.
  • Flexible and easy to accept new things
  • Very easy to get influenced from the others and television

The AB's Type

  • Sensitive and full of attention.
  • Meticulous and looks like having a split personality.
  • When they thinking bout something, they will think properly.
  • Have a lots of friends but like to be alone.

ni ala taichi sikit la… sebagai intro dan warming up..

tiru la macam ni… untuk melegakan bahu dan leher..

wa..wa..aaa

gerak kekanan kemudian ke kiri..

gerak ke kiri kemudian ke kanan

ikut je ler… jangan terpusing kepala udah la..

tepuk kuat kuat kat dahi.. ni untuk hilang mengantuk..

dah tu buat gerakan tangan dan badan… buat macam happy aje..

kemudian goyang2 kaki dan badan sikit… buat macam takde masalah…

buat secara agresif pula… jangan peduli apa orang lain kata..

hilangkan semua stress…

pusingkan kepala…

tengok muka kat cermin sambil goyang2.. lawa tak…

akhir sekali buat joget kucing…

kalau tak hilang juga stress tu ambil bantal kecik gi tidur bawah meja..
