++ MY BELIEF!

I believe that there is no God but Allah!
I believe that Allah is the creator of everything that you see or feel,
I believe that there is another life after this in a place that is Heaven or hell,
I believe that Allah has no sons or daughters, No brothers or sisters, No Mother or father bcz Allah is one,
I believe in my Religion and i chose to believe in it bcz we all have our free will,
I believe that every muslim is part of our religion,
I believe in this religion for allah only,
And my religion is ISLAM!

Islam is my religion,
Islam is wat we muslims follow,
Islam can neva be taken from our hearts,
Islam has five pillars that every muslim should follow,
Islam is there when we go to the masjid or even read the Quran,
Islam was a religion that was sent to our prophet(pbuh),
Islam is a religion where people suffer for beliving,
Islam is a religion that show people th ryt path,
And ISLAM was Created By OUR lord ALLAH!

ALLAH my lord,
Allah is the creator,
Allah is most merciful,
Allah Most just and kind,
Allah is not just a name that we say,
Allah cannot be seen in this life,
Allah has 99 names,
ALLAH is only ONE!

ni ala taichi sikit la… sebagai intro dan warming up..

tiru la macam ni… untuk melegakan bahu dan leher..

wa..wa..aaa

gerak kekanan kemudian ke kiri..

gerak ke kiri kemudian ke kanan

ikut je ler… jangan terpusing kepala udah la..

tepuk kuat kuat kat dahi.. ni untuk hilang mengantuk..

dah tu buat gerakan tangan dan badan… buat macam happy aje..

kemudian goyang2 kaki dan badan sikit… buat macam takde masalah…

buat secara agresif pula… jangan peduli apa orang lain kata..

hilangkan semua stress…

pusingkan kepala…

tengok muka kat cermin sambil goyang2.. lawa tak…

akhir sekali buat joget kucing…

kalau tak hilang juga stress tu ambil bantal kecik gi tidur bawah meja..
